'noisiVision' combines sculptures with music. Compositions and improvisations by bassist Tjitze Vogel and flutist Mark Alban Lotz. The duo 'T(w)o-Do', enter into discussion with bronze sculptures by Elselien van der Graaf.
The basic idea is the combination of sound and image.
The realization is within a theatral performance. Six bronze sculptures move and play with light and shadow. The manipulation of the shadows by light and movement in combination with the musicians and their music results in a dynamic progress on stage. New stories are being told with either the sculpture or the music as the 'dramatis personae'.
The performance lasts approximately 45 minutes. An exhibition of additional material (pictures, sketches, photos, more sculptures, etc.), as well as a concert by the duo, can precede the main performance.
A videotape is obtainable through M.A.Lotz. Price is 40,- dutch guilders including postage and packing.
